Matthew 25:35-36(NIV)- 35  For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, 36  I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.

This passage is foundational to Christian service and Hus Church’s Visitation Ministry. It is based on the love that Jesus exhibited and seeks his followers to live out to each other. Here at Hus Church the Visitation Ministry is committed to serve by becoming a spiritual lifeline to nursing home residents, the home-bound who are confined to their homes because of illness or disability challenges and those in the hospital on a weekly and/or monthly basis. Members of the ministry share the love of Christ through sharing scriptures, music, encouragement, prayer as well as providing a smile to those who are unable to attend regular Sunday services. Please contact Pastor Mel Ramos to begin to serve in this vital ministry.
